Dinner

Had a great dinner out at 215 last night. One of the few nights out left in NZ, so made the most of it.

I had:

flash fried squid | leaf salad | coriander aioli

freedom farms pork belly | roast baby potatoes | rocket | pear puree | jus

Buttermilk panna cotta | confit pineapple | honey snaps

And a glass of:

Peregrine ’08, Central Otago Pinot Gris

Mt Edward ’08, Central Otago Pinot Noir

Glenn had:

air dried beef | truffle potato | poached egg (the air dried beef was fucking great)

confit duck leg | kumara mash | spinach | spiced apple compote | jus

Italian fritoles | citrus curd | vanilla ice cream
