i was rudely awakened by a barrage of text messages + booming tv volume just a few minutes ago. then i was informed (both by the text messages and my dad) that there's a new pope. wow, i didn't expect that it would be that fast.

i hope it's not the german cardinal. whatshisname? ratzinger, methinks.

..i'm just waiting for the announcement revealing the new pope's identity..
