(no subject)
I suppose it's about time to update my journal with something a little brighter than my previous posts. Let's see...
School and work are going as well as can be expected. I'm busy - so very busy - but I don't suppose I'm overwhelmed. Not most days, at least. I still have my 4.0, and my sights are still set on quitting work eventually to go back to school full time. It is actually looking like this might happen in the marginally near future, such as Fall of this year. I can't begin to describe how happy this will make me. I just hope I can pull it off after all I've had to give up to get this close to it.
I'm still a total geek who enjoys online games way too much, thwarted only by my current lack of free time. The current MMO of choice is still World of Warcraft. We picked it up around September or so, with our EQ buddy came back into town. I'm still enjoying being a healer, but now with the excitement of end-game raiding. Molten Core ftw! If you play, you can look for me on the Alleria server. Ok, enough gaming jargon...
Most days otherwise seem just like most others. I don't have a lot of variety in my life right now, but that's OK for the moment. I've got myself pretty well convinced that this is all a means to an end and that when things settle down again, it will be worth it. Hope I'm right.
