It's the end of the weekend
Well, I have to head back to work tomorrow. Actually, I won't be going in until sometime after lunch (more than likely) since I have to take Paul to his appointment downtown. He is going to have an injection into his back to begin deadening the nerves. He'll more than likely be out of commission all day tomorrow. He has to fast for 10 hours prior, so...supposedly his boss is going to be letting him come home early tonight so he can eat another meal before he has to start fasting (oh yeah, and he can't drink anything either.....not even water!).
I've gotten a little addicted to PokerStars. I was doing well, but just before I decided to leave I lost everything. Oh well, I'll go back and play again tomorrow (or maybe later tonight after I get the dishes done and my clothes ready for tomorrow).
Our power went out twice yesterday, first a little after 9am and it stayed off for nearly 6 hours. Then, again last night about 10.30pm and it stayed off for nearly the same amount of time. I really don't understand why this happens so often. Oh and the realy nice thing.....we were the only street without power! Can you believe it? It's very frustrating.
Well, need to get to the dishes..........
