Many, Many Changes
Had my first meeting with my new coach on Monday, and almost everything has changed. All for the good. I realized after speaking with her that I was only staying at the current job for two reasons. 1. Paycheck. 2. Loyalty to my sales staff. Well, the paycheck hasn't been worth staying for in several months. And I can still help out my staff in other ways, even if I'm not working for the company.
So we're going to take a serious look at the finances and figure out how I can leave the current job and work full time on the transition to coaching. So many things have happened the last couple of days to reinforce the decision. Yes, Universe. I hear the message.
Wish I had enough ooomph to write more, but I've had a couple of very long days. (Good days, but long.) And I'm just too tired to write more now.
