(no subject)
well i went for an open interview at the UCI on monday. and i got the job. yay i spose. i might not take it,though. first of all id have to walk back to my flats from there at night(like a mile or somethin) so thats inconvienient. plus kim(she went for the interview as well) totally got screwed over,it seems. she does deserve the job more than me,also needs it more than me,really.
ive got another interview tommorrow anyway,and i can keep lookin elswhere anyway,so i can just do that. this job means more to her than it does to me,really. cause to me its just a job,but for her its both a way out of her job and a good one cause she is a film student,so it makes sense.
she said to take it,but i dont know,the travel thing is legit,if i had my own car(or other form of transport)then it wouldnt be that bad,but i dont so yknow.
i dont screw friends over. no matter what anyone else may think of me,thats one thing id never do.strangers,yeah i gots no problems with that(LOL),but not friends.
i dont know,i'll think about it for a little bit,then i might call up Mark and tell him that something has come up unexpectedly,and i cant take the job.i'll think about it today and probably ring him tomorrow or at the weekend.(the weekend would probably be best cause thatd give more believability to whatever story i make up)
oh and Iain? if you're reading this in the future remember to get Pan's Labyrinth on dvd when it comes out cause you enjoyed it.
