here. Day 30 -- whatever tickles your fancyFor my last "tickles your fancy" I'm going to do some shameless self promotion. Below the cut isn't the first banner I ever made but it is the first banner, I made that I was pleased with the out come. It's a spuffy version of "When Harry met Sally" movie

I think humor counts for a lot in a/w especially fan art.
(btw my eyes keep falling on your second Winged Buffy banner "Transformed" and it's still one of my favorite of your pieces. Even in that tiny size it's incredibly pretty.)

I think humor counts for a lot in a/w especially fan art. That's good because the first few years I was making a/w, humor was pretty much all I had going! ~_^
(btw my eyes keep falling on your second Winged Buffy banner "Transformed" and it's still one of my favorite of your pieces. Even in that tiny size it's incredibly pretty.) Thank you! I actually prefer the first winged Buffy. Probably because it's a manip and I'm always please when they turn out not looking as if they were a Frankenstein project.

Do you mean Angelic Buffy?

That's definitely one that needs to be seen full size, I forget how incredibly complex and layered it is. Gorgeous, rich coloring and light.

Will you do more or are you done with that series of the buffyverse women? (I guess you did the major female characters - Faith, maybe. I don't know about you, I haven't done any faith artwork except a couple of icons, I just don't feel really moved to do so.)

Will you do more or are you done with that series of the buffyverse women? I'm not sure, everything is up in the air because I am getting a new computer (hopefully Friday). I am not sure how long (or if) I will be able to load my programs, brushes textures etc. So at least for the time being my artwork is on hold.

Oh dear, that's going to be a process.
My sweetie got this new computer with a partition but I was putting my stuff on her side. She asked me to move it. I did. Then she asked me to take the images I had on the hard dive off to clean up the computer. I did that too. Now I have things on an external drive (but shouldn't I have another backup for that?) and it makes things harder to find because there's some stuff on the hard drive, some on the external drive. And I'm working now so I don't have the time I need to spend really sorting things out.

Is it a PC or a Mac?

I occasionally run the risk of sounding like a Mac zombie when I explain to folks why they might want to get one instead of a PC the next time around. I remember all the headaches, the repairs, the viruses - no thanks. Macs are more expensive up front but they pay for themselves in the long run.
Although sadly we've been having compatibility issues with Adobe products and Maverick OS; and we don't want to upgrade to Yosemite until they've worked some of the kinks out. (My sweetie really misses full version Photoshop but she doesn't want to pay huge amount they're asking for it. And she does not like PS-elements. It is not user friendly, I've tried knocking around in it and I'm going to have to sit down with tutorials step by step if I'm going to use it.)
Does yours have the Yosemite OS?
Beyond that, no, I wouldn't go back to PC's if I could help it.
