The weekend was nice. I went to the lake with Tif and her family while Jared went to a different lake with his friends. It was pretty groovey to do stuff without him for a change since we are up each other's butts all the time. When I got home however the house was a mess, he had jumbalaya already made, and his eye is seriously hurting. So now I'm sure that I'll end up having to pick up the mess he made and baby him until it's better. I guess thats just what comes with having a boyfriend. Next weekend we are floating the river with Chris and Kristie. Kristie and I have been excited about it for the past month now. Last time Jared and I went down it he almost drown from to much crown and coke. Hopefully this time it will be different. My mother is going to a half way house the beginning of this month. I'm not sure exactly when though but it shouldn't be to long now before she's able to get out.
