Note to self:
Always remember when you add a bit/boolean/true-false (whatever you want to call it) field to a table in SQL that has existing records, you must update the existing records to a value other than null.
Otherwise your call centre will fall in a burning heap while you sleep.
And all for something so trivial I would've learned it in Beginner's SQL Server 101 about 10 years ago, and have conveniently had a blonde moment while testing and implementing the change.
Feeling a bit rusty this morning. Just getting of to a booming start today!
