So Still No Cell -- But Wait ... There's MORE!!!

Hey everyone! My cell is still broken; IK IK it's a more difficult for me than you guys, so hang in there 'cause I am ... (lol)...But there IS some new stuff going on here. I am getting a RZR (?) tomorrow!! Can't wait & I'm so can't wait!!! Ummm I'm very sure that Matt is excited that he will be getting his cell back. *Applause* ... How lucky I am to have him and how lucky is he ... he is such a loving patient person! (LOL)
The second big thing is my indecision. Here's the thing -- I've pretty much decided to take the NYIP courses instead of taking PCC or community classes in photography. Now, my indecision is mostly on where to begin because there's three courses to choose from. Although most likely, I'll be taking all three (after talking to Dad); Now I really want to start out with the full professional but personally I think that the digital is really where I'll need to begin.
Then, I want to upgrade my camera to something I absolutely cannot afford --- (Pentax K20D + ) --- ; So I suppose I will get something that I can afford. Maybe a used Canon Rebel XT8 or something like that.
Now, Dad (Grandpa to many of you) ... would like me to begin with the traditional camera and learn darkroom; And he'd probably be really happy about it cause he has all kinds of equipment (traditional photog that he has always been) ... and I would be his buddy (& I would love that part too) ... But I'm feeling like I want to be out there NOW and the darkroom is just going to slow me down. OTOH ... there is so many cool things you can do with darkroom! Yet there are so many things you can do with digital! Decisions ... decisions!!! IDK ... WDYT - just comment me and let me know. Of course the full pro course has tons of perks and a press card, a monopod, all the lighting essentials ... I could go on & on but YK ... it's only stuff that I'll probably be replacing PDQ once I know what I want. And besides, Gmpa can learn about digital and it would all be good and I bet he would really like that too because he has always loved photog.
My son is getting frustrated with my text lingo but I think it's fun. He also dislikes how I'll drive in circles & through subdivisions so to avoid darting out across 4 lanes of oncoming traffic. I think he is a backseat driver who likes to give me a hard time. And I'm not even an old lady!! WTF! (oops I did not type that) ...
Kitty Tao has been very patient as a photo study but I think lately, his longstanding patience is wearing thin. He is not interested at all; Hopefully this little phase will not last long. Maybe he needs some new toys or a cat house. I know he is spoiled ... he does even has his own LJ; Imagine that -- he has gone from homeless stray to having his own LJ and everything! Now that is Tao ... Some people would say that's fierce :)
