Paaarty!
So we had a little soirée for Alice on the event of her turning 30 and there was much chat, food, and cuddling (Callum just got passed around for hours, he loved the attention (when he wasn't asleep). We also all played with Eli who is 2.5 and cute as heck but really really active.
Alice nicely let me go and have a snooze after changing Callum's diapers just before everyone started to play a game of gloom and I though I was going or a nap and I got 3 hours of pure untouched sleep! Wow, super nice of everybody! When I woke up there was only Alice with Callum and he took a feed and then went in the bassinet for 2 hours, what a prezzie.
Now, with what to me is a full night's sleep, I'm up and having a snack and enjoying the snowstorm which rolled in sometime after midnight. It's eerie since the whole sky is yellow and the snow is really really thick. It's already 15cm and it's only been snowing for 5 hours.
This week I have to get a whole bunch of things done. One of which is putting my remaining warhammer armies on the web. I'm not e-baying them per se but I am posting pics to my gallery site (www.pbase.com/tepoc) and then posting links around the web suggesting that a fair offer won't be refused. I figure that a year has gone past since I last used them and I just don't care about Warhammer and 40K any more, none of the players I knew from working at Games Workshop bothered to keep in touch and the few I see around Gamers World (great gaming store on Queen Mary at Snowdon Metro) aren't playing GW games any more either, and they're still staff!
