International Comic-Con 2013
It's been a long while since I've been on here. Just wanted to post a current update.
I AM GOING TO COMIC-CON!!! So exciting! I will be attending the convention with my cousin but we won't be flying in. We're actually going to drive out there. I know, pretty crazy but if we flew in, we most likely would end up getting a rental car anyway so this worked out best, especially since the plane tickets would be costly too! We're only going two days out of the four days.
We were also very fortunate to get tickets as they are very hard to get. I actually didn't make it in to the waiting room but my cousin was able to do so and she was able to get mines too. Someone I knew had been trying for three years unsuccessfully! I'm only going to be dressing up on Saturday, and that's with me hoping to get in to the panel for the costume I will be going as. Nothing extreme...very simple only. Can you guest???
I had to make the apron and buy a shirt for this since I don't really have any blank white shirts. Also, I had to get the iron-on transfer. Thank goodness the logos were online so I was able to print them and add them on. Much cheaper than having to buy the costume. At least I am set for Halloween this year as well, hehehe.
I am also hoping to get in to the panel for Vikings. I love that show and can't wait for season 2.
I highly doubt I will post much on here while I am there. That will most likely have to wait until I get back home. Hope you all are doing well! :)
