I just don't get it
Somebody explain to me how friends and family, people who supposedly put 'you first' suddenly put 'you second' or even further down the line. It just doesn't make sense to me! If a friend makes arrangements with you in any form then surely they should do their best to keep those arrangments.
Natalie and Kevin - Sunday - I was supposed to go round to see the Grand Prix at tea, leaving at 3:30 - an hour before I got a phone call to cancel, they had a better offer!
Ashley - Sunday - Failed to phone me back, after I repeated three times or more "you'll let me know", the reply was "Yeah I will." and he managed to let me know at 10pm saying "you probably guessed" - uhh the arragment wasn't "let me guess!"
Shanna - Tuesday - We were supposed to go to the beach at 1pm, plans were cancelled because of work replacing me. Guess that puts me in my place.
These people are supposed to be my best friends, and my closest family. Argh.
