because i can't think of one.
it is soon going to be a month since Bertie arrived in our household. we're happy because she's triple the weight she had four weeks ago: she 900g! almost a kilogram yey. fuzzball <3 . i think we'll be taking her to the vet's soon. she seems healthy, but apparently cats are supposed to go for deworming regularly, so we're gonna take no chances. she's eating like a champion (had to buy a whole new can of kitten milk replacement)
i went to EOY08 with Faith and Iman, it was kinda fun but i spent most of my 4 hours at EXPO either waiting/looking for arriving people, or in the bathroom putting on my costume and wig or helping them with theirs. later on, people took lots of photos, but i'm surprised i can't find any on SGcafe. which i have no idea how to navigate in because i hardly ever go to forums. =___=;;
high tea at goodwood hotel was really nice :) the tea was great, the food too, and they had a live piano player 8D it was so cool. it was kinda weird though that it took asking like 3 times to get a glass of cold water for each of us.. i guess they're used to getting requests for Earl Grey and Dark Coffee Finest Blend rather than good old water. hurrr. they had really nice gingerbread, but it was the hard type, and i had a hard time trying to impale it with my fork.
note: these did not happen today. eoy was 13th, high tea was 14th.
i went to new york new york with imprinted_soul ! their stuff is really good, the lasagna was excellent. could have done with a bigger portion though hahaha. for drinks we had a ... what was the name... ice vanilla mocha float? or something. it had chocolate at the bottom, coffee in the middle, and a scoop of vanilla icecream on top. lovely. :D haha i loved the taste even more after i finished the ice cream and a bit of the coffee, and then mixed the chocolate in. mmmm chocolatey. we walked around a bit before that because they only opened at 11.30. ochie saw a primary school friend of hers working there, and a cedarian was working there too. small world :)
then we went to ochie's house and watched SWARLEY lol i swear neil patrick harris and himym is growing on me. gonna go watch the blooper reels... after watching the Amelie dvd i brought, we went downstairs and walked around her condo. its a really nice roomy place. lol leaning christmas tree! we talked a lot, about everything really. and, well... yay. : )
i'm going to go out christmas shopping :D there's so little time left, what to get my mom >___< THEN comes the dental appointment whoo
