Despite the fact that I now have bronchitis, things have actually been going well. I know that this is just another challenge, yet another life lesson, that I need to learn or overcome. And my horoscope thinks so, too:
You are feeling good now that you are being more productive, even if you believe that you could be doing better. You are somewhat distracted as you think about the specifics of what you are doing and wonder if it is really part of your path in life. Although these deep existential questions may plague you today, keep attentive to your current chores. Fulfill your responsibilities and your confidence will continue to grow.
I tend to overanalyze situations, digging myself deeper and deeper into melancholy, when I should just be enjoying the here and now. So, this time I am just pushing myself through this, staying positive, being responsible, still going to work, and telling my body that it can fuck right off, chap! I can already feel the old patterns breaking down. Besides, it's not like my job is all that hard.
Work is really going well. I've learned so much in less than 2 weeks. The people who come in are happy, because they're doing something that makes them happy. It's not like the restaurant industry, or even normal retail, since they really don't have anything to complain about. And it feels good being knowledgable enough to be able to recommend products I know will help them, and their plants. Speaking of plants, all my seedlings are doing well. I am growing lettuce, jalapenos, habaneros, Thai chilis, basil, Korean mint, dahlias, poppies, and nicotiana. OH! And some strawberries! My next project will be tabacco, and then I will never have to buy ciggies again! Wheeeeeee! m(^.^)y- oooOOO
Anywho, I've been so busy between studying for work and being sick that I haven't had much time to focus on my magical studies, but that will all change this next week. I browsed through all the links, and even read quite a few of them, too. But still need to do the $100 bill trick, and go for a walk. Looking forward to Oct. 9th!
