No Whompy or JFF...
So my mom came home today from the store with my step-dad and said out of nowhere that I can't go to the Chicago Whomping Willows/ Justin Finch-Fletchley show. WTF? She said it was because it was a bad area because its full of Latinos!
When I was younger, she taught me to accept, and to not label or hate people just because of one thing, so now she goes around saying all these prejudice things just cause she thinks all of the stereotypes that she refers to are true. Hypocrite much?
So she tells me i can't go less than 24 hours before the show? Complete bullshit. I've been looking forward to this for about a month now. And to top it off, I have finals on Tuesday. I thought I would come back to school Monday night excited, full of energy, and ready for academic stuff. Now I'll just come back, depressed that I didn't get ot go. Probably going to make make grades suffer.
TL;DR: Since my mom is a prejudice coward and won't let me go to a wrock show, I'm going to bomb my final exams.
