Sum Up
This was such a strange week. Jesse was discharged Thursday around noon - after two days of dripping antibiotics into his veins, he avoided surgery (the though that without treatment he could have lost the use of his whole hand, permanently, is completely unfathomable). That combined with endless days meeting job candidates for the English Dept and listening to job talks, my head is spinning. Time, please, slow down.
But, it doesn't.
I'm studying more and more for my orals and less and less for classes. Not enough time for both it seems.
That's the update.
There's some snow flurries outside. I hope it turns into a real snow.
