Belldandy...you're gone again? [a sigh] I guess the Ultimate Force can't allow you stay here for long. Or maybe something else takes you away. Who knows in this place? The Organization has their hands in every heart, whether we want them there or not. They know just where to hit ( Read more... )

We should hang out sometime. [light tone, but with an undercurrent of "and by that, we need to talk sometime."]

I guess it's about time we did that, isn't it?

Definitely! Besides, I know they've been pulling dead people in here. How have they managed to do that?

Timing, I'd guess. They pull you from before the moment you die. Of course, that's just a theory.

That still doesn't explain why those people survive. Dying is still dying; just because the location changes doesn't mean the circumstances do.

Maybe it does. Something about this place ignores so many laws of reality as it is. If someone was about to die a violent death, like falling off a cliff, suddenly being transported here would save them.

And what about a non-violent death?

That's what I'm saying. Something like disease might be prevented simply by what this world is. My power is based on the energy of a dimension and my connection to my own world, but somehow I'm still able to access it without the usual conditions I'd normally need. But this is all a hunch and not really a main concern of mine. It isn't how they do it so much as the why.

That's true, but it'll be annoying to have to die all over again once I go back. Oh, well~! I was ready then and I'm ready now.

Any ideas as to the whys? I haven't got a clue.

It's my hope that no one has to die. This is about fighting destiny as much as it is fighting to get free. I'll do everything I can so that no one has to die...and it won't just be me.

The only reason the Organization seems to do anything is to control hearts for themselves. I think the stronger the heart, the more of a pull to Paixao there is.

I'm all for that! I hate bullies, and I hate being caged, and that's just what this place seems to be, even if it's pretty fun sometimes.

They won't control my heart. Anyway, I'd like to see them try. Do you think their stealing hearts has anything to do with Ideya?

...Ideya?

Oh, boy. Don't tell me you don't know what Ideya is. I can't really explain it. I wish Owl were here; he'd know what to say.

But it has something to do with how brave or smart a person is. Something like that.

O-Oh...uh. I don't know, it might. But it doesn't seem like what they're doing has any connection to a specific thing. It's like their own ability, their own ideology.

Okay. But why would they even do this to begin with? This doesn't even make any sense!

I'm still not sure, exactly. Something about being able to control all universes if you can control the hearts of everyone? Argh, I can't remember everything! I was too busy blowing up that smug bastard!
