Take Vienna/Fairfax on the Orange line going towards New Carrolton and get off on Rosslyn, then transfer to the Blue line going towards Franconia-Springfield then get off at Crystal City.

I'd take Franconia-Springfield. It's only a little bit closer to Richmond but you wouldn't have to switch trains and it would take less time.
