Not it means Why does Flight of Dragons always get the shaft? I want Blu-Ray Flight of Dragons. The only DVD Flight ever got was a bootleg.
Which I own.
Yes, I'm a jealous fangirl.

By the wya, what is your layout from? It looks like a weird lovechild between Sam Kieth's work and Heavy Metal the movie.

Oh... my sympathies. You never know, it might get a blu-ray release one day. Are you referring to my journal header? It's comprised of images from Ralph Bakshi's Wizards, the only Bakshi movie I ever really enjoyed. *points to icon*

It's... how do I put it nicely... not for everyone. Ralph Bakshi has the worst sense of pacing ever, and he's also a giant pervert. Wizards is probably one of the only films he's done that doesn't involve nudity and/or sex. Also, he uses rotoscoping like there's no tomorrow. But I think the movie was an interesting exercise in style, so...::shrug::

I'm familiar with his work via Lord of the Rings, Fritz the Cat &Spicy City/Cool World. But Wizards looks like there might actually be something to it. SO!

In exchange you might like Rock & Rule.

I actually heard about Rock & Rule about a year ago via the interwebs, so the boyfriend (also an animation nerd) and I rented it out of curiosity. What can I say... I felt that it was wacky and there wasn't enough character development. The music was highly enjoyable though- reading Lou Reed and Debbie Harry in the credits was actually what made me want to check it out.
