The moon is gone...
Hidden behind gray clouds...
Flashes of light...
Crack the night...

Countless Shards glistening...
for just an instant...
Falling...
Shattering...

You say "I miss you so much..."
As the shards break and scatter...
Blinking, twinkling as they fall...

I look into your eyes...
They're there...
I see your glistening shards...
I watch them fall...

"I must keep...
my love for you...
to myself..."

My shards...
They fall...
To be with your's...

Hidden behind gray clouds...
The moon is there...
And it still shines...
For you...
