Well, its certainly been quite some time since I last updated this journal. I don't exactly know why, but I suppose I just never have much to update with. I'll try to reach for something this time.
Let's see...I haven't spoken much about my classes this semester. Well, for starters, I find my American Literature class to be quite boring thus far. I'll admit this is my fault, considering I've had very little interest in Native American poetry and creation myths, colonist journals, and autobiographies. I must also say that I find my English professor to be quite unpleasant. Its not as though he is a bad person, there's just something about him that irks me. Maybe I've been spoiled as far as English professors go. My first two English professors, Dr. Byrd and Dr. Smith, were both quite entertaining. They were able to make the class interesting, basing the lessons on class discussion and critical thinking of the material. This professor...well, his lessons center almost solely on him lecturing the class on the work.
I won't go into the details on my other three classes, Political Science, Biology, and Criminal Justice, because, frankly, I don't want to expand further into this topic.
I'll end this entry shortly, but first, I thought I'd offer this link. Its not much interest to me, but I think Aly and Ciara might get a bit of a kick out of it.
