Willy Wonka, Willy Wonka...
Well, as my topic title might suggest, I've just gotten home from the movie theater. I felt it would be good for Tiffany and I to see a movie tonight. While Tiffany and I, of course, went to see the new Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, her sister Tatum and Tatum's boyfriend Oliver went to see The Wedding Crashers.
While I haven't decided yet on whether I prefer this version or the classic Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, I must say I did enjoy this movie very much. While it is a remake of the first Chocolate Factory movie, this one was quite different. Between the quirky Willy Wonka, the bratty children, and, of course, the singing Oompa Loompas; Tiffany and I got quite a laugh out of it.
Anyway, if you get a chance to see it, I highly recommend doing so. However, I urge caution, don't go into the movie expecting an exact copy of the classic Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. While the movie is much better than the trailers and previews would imply, it might not sit well with everyone who sees it.
