We have a problem.

Well... it wasn't me.
Long story short, it was Hitomi's twin brother, Haruki, from her timeline, who is insane and tried to kill me and tossed me off a cliff where Yggdrasil randomly threw me a portal back home. Then he faked a message about me getting sent home so that he could pretend to be me later to lure Hitomi and Unit 3 to a place where he could ambush and kill them.
I don't know why and Hitomi isn't really in any condition to talk to me about him and what he did in HER world. He's also working with Jail Scagletti, going by the younger Taichi's report in the backlogs.
... So, umm... anyway, sorry to make all of you worry.

There's something else about this you two should know. From what I gathered during the first incident with Haruki... he's after me, Chika, and Hitomi specifically. And back in his own world he SUCCEEDED in killing me and Chika.
... How should we tell Chika about that detail? It's one thing to say that a kid of yours from the future is working for our enemies at the moment, there's a billion potential reasons for that, but...
