I came across this amusing li'l tale and simply have to share:
A little boy went up to his father and asked him, "Dad? What's the difference between 'potentially' and 'realistically'?"
The father tells his son, "I don't know how to explain that, but I know how you can find out. Ask your mother if she'd sleep with Tom Cruise for $1,000,000. Then ask your sister if she'd sleep with Brad Pitt for $1,000,000. Finally, ask your brother if he'd sleep with Eminem for $1,000,000." So off the little boy went.
He went up to his mother and asked her, "Mom, would you sleep with Tom Cruise for $1,000,000?"
His mother simply replied, "Sure. With a million, we would be able to finally remodel the kitchen."
The little boy went up to his sister next. At first she shooed him out, but then he asked his question through the door. "Hey, would you sleep with Brad Pitt for $1,000,000?" She flung the door open and exclaimed, "SLEEP WITH BRAD PITT??? I LOVE HIM TO DEATH! OF COURSE I'D SLEEP WITH HIM! ARE YOU NUTS!?!" And off he went.
At last, he went to his brother and asked him, "Would you sleep with Eminem for $1,000,000?"
The older brother replied, "Hell yeah! Do you know what a million could buy!?"
The little boy pondered this for three days. Finally, he returned to his father.
"What did you learn from that?" he asked.
"This is what I learned. 'Potentially', we're sitting on $3,000,000, but 'realistically', we're living with two sluts and a queer."
*cracks up laughing* ^o^
