During this depression, homeowner associations commonly find themselves in shambles. People are losing their jobs left 'n right and cannot reasonably afford the HoA fees. It squelches my search because, while a community organization may remain afloat, its availability of homes might not be.

The house this entry concerns is comfortably within my price range and the homeowner association is in fact not in disrepair. But there's an investor involved, who wishes to remain anonymous and has been extended an option to buy. This individual claims that he'll take possession of the property and proceed to sell it to the highest bidder within a period of twenty- four hours, but who really knows if it's true?

My gut's telling me that the investor intends to purchase this house and place his name on the title, rather than my own, or possibly run with my money and leave the property behind, disappearing altogether.

The price and location are desirable, irregardless of the fact that it's a tad on the small side.. I just want this exchange to work out. So I've involved this attorney in the hopes that he'll discover a loophole and transform my concern into a fair, transparent exchange. *laughs softly to herself* Ahh, a girl can hope.

So tell me, what have you been up to? ..amazing costumes, make- up and experiences, or have you ventured onto another career path?

Ha- ha, very funny.. you know what I mean.
What are you usually up to nowadays?

As for me, I'm a certified mentor, as well
as a hopeful author, if I manage to finish
this book one of these days.
