According to Wikipedia, it seems both France and Italy celebrate "April Fish" ("poisson d'avril" in French, "pesce d'aprile" in Italian) on April 1st, a day where people "attempt to attach a paper fish to the victim's back without being noticed." (Whether this is true or just Wikipedia's own little April Fools' remains to be seen, but it sounds oddly plausable.) So, in celebration, Dokuro will be putting fish on people's backs. However, since this is Dokuro, they will be real dead fish, and they will be charmed so that they are extremely difficult to remove.
