i think there friends and rivals...it sounds like they are friends when it comes to every thing else but there rivals when it comes to ladies...

Soren: so go for it, because if you dont i will
Gene: yeah right like you could even do that
Soren: watch me!

stuff like that...there friends but only somtimes rivals when it comes to girls.
