Just look at the scenery...
Sometimes it behooves me to slow down, stop living so much of my life in my head. It can be fun there, but after a certain point it just gets scary and lonely. Today, the carefree exploring in Port Townsend, the gorgeous drive to Anacortes........ It was as though The Mother of All was smiling right at me, if my makeup wouldn't of blinded me while driving, I'd have cried. I finally found a multi-use rose elixir that I can use in the making of blessed water. I'll get to that next full moon <3
Tomorrow I'll be going with my Grandparents to a family friends Confirmation. I'm not so sure how I feel about that, seeing as it's all catholic and whatnot. At the same time, I think it's better to go with an open heart and mind, remembering that the Divine is the Divine and all worship is sacred. They have their own Mother Goddess (though I'm sure they'll never admit it). I'll be there, silently invoking my own magic for the young fellow at his initiation.
I need to come here more often, the apple blossoms are so lovely.
