Before practice and school, I go to the old folks home for an hour, or two, if I can manage it.
Today was one of those days I was glad of that little habit of mine, otherwise I wouldn't have fund out that one of the ladies we care for had passed away until Monday.
It happened early hours in the morning and was very sudden, by all accounts. She'd only had a chest infection.
She was dying long before she came to that place, that's what I know. However it does make you think. You think death is a slow thing, growing old is a long time to wait. I think, when my times comes, I want it to be a surprise. ^_^ To everyone, including me. I want it to be sudden and in my sleep, just like hers was.
Hmm... but enough of that now. ^_^ I am looking forward to today's practice. Someone promised me a match with Buchou~ Today or tomorrow, I can wait, so long as I get a chance to see~
