(no subject)
I'm sitting around the apartment so that someone will be here when our last roommate (apartment-mate?) gets here, so while I'm waiting here's the short version of what's happened the last few days:
-Finished up survival arabic, which wasn't nearly as painful as it could have been.
-Spent a lot of time wandering around Cairo, found lots of cool places to eat and hang out.
-Still havn't heard back from Refugee Egypt
-I thought I had another internship opportunity, but that's disappeared too.
-registered for courses.
-On campus orientation = 5 hours of people talking at us
-I leave for off-campus orientation in a few hours. It's three days of hanging out on the beach on the Red Sea. I'm excited.
I'm hungry. I want this guy to show up so that I can go get something to eat before we have to leave.
