I think I can blame the unseasonably-warm, damp, muggy weather on this.
But....
CAN WE FUCKING STOP WITH THE FUCKING
PLAGUE OF FLIES INDOORS NOW?????????????

I am rapidly approaching my rage-threshold at having to swat &/or mash with kleenex/napkins the veritable horde of all the flies that have been appearing out of nowhere over the past three weeks or so. Yeah, this MAY be an older building with all manner of hidden crevices where they can sneak in, but GAHHHH-----!!!!
Tonight as I sat eating dinner at the kitchen table with the one on-table lamp burning, I had to take a break seemingly every other minute or two to swat and kill these little fuckers with previously-opened bill envelopes. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
And even as I've been typing my latest entries here on LJ, I'm continuing smacking the fuckers to death all over the lamp and my wall to the right of me -
