He said that if he was elected, he would help out. I think he wants to go home as much as the rest of us do.

Well, I suppose it's only natural. Even I wouldn't mind going back to my old routine.

I've been considering this trip a sort of obligatory vacation up until now, but perhaps it's time to think about what might truly be going on.

That's very true. I certainly don't recall her taking that much delight in them, aside from her obvious satisfaction when we manage to accomplish them.
