critisism

Here's what I noticed.
A lot of people spend a lot of time analyzing what actions they take, why they do such things, whether it was good or not, why thing happen do them, why people do things to them, etc. etc. People spend an inordinate amount of time thinking about these things and when they do they get depressed.

Now I'm all for the occasional step back too evaluate how your life is going, but if it is done every single day then you stop living. You try to figure out the consequences of future actions, you worry about everything you do. This isn't living.

Here's a thought, why don't people just stop trying to analyze themselves and trying to change themselves and just realize that the reason why you acted in a certain way is because that is who you are. The reason why someone acted in a ceratin way to you is becuase that is how they are.

Does this not make sense?

Everything that occurs in life is not a direct result of your actions, sometimes shit happens. Pick up your skirt accept it and move on.
