Because I am a big nerd and I like some alone time and because the Toronto Reference Library with it's 5 floors of bookly goodness is just across the street (more or less), I decided to go there to read for most of lunch. I was reading this really great book that dealt with same-sex domestic abuse; how the courts often fail to acknowledge it (but have succeeded numerous times), how the notion of identity, pride and community cause a sexual minority to deal with abuse (both as victim and attacker) differently, and how having further minority status affects the role (specifically if you're a sexual minority of colour or age or different ability).

I enjoy reading. I think I will do this again tommorow.

In other news.... Bah, I don't feel much like writing about that right now.
