Dear Friend,

I had a good day yesterday. I had lunch with my girls at Noodles and Co. I love that restaurant. Then Lisa and I went to borders to hand a little before she had t go to work. I was reading this romance type novel while I was there, usually i can read this type of stuff with an open mind but the particular one i was reading was stupid. This chick was being followed by this cop because he thought she was fencing stolen goods through her antique shop. He  wasn't doing a good job, because she saw him. So she lures him in to a public area and sprays him with hairspray, she had called the police but there were no help. She also threatens him with a gun. So she embarrasses him and blows his cover. And they have the nerve to want to charge her with assaulting an office and not having a permit to carry concealed because she blew his cover. That made no sense. She lets them interrogate her with out an attorney. And then when they want her to sign something agreeing to help them, she finally asks for a lawyer. WTF?? She has already shown to be way smarter than that.  then they dumbed her down real quick.  Her attorney tells her that they could charge her and advises her to cooperate. Okay, I forgot to mention that the whole plot was that the cop pretends to be her boyfriend and they fall in love.  That's all i read, i couldn't handle that shit. That's why i shouldn't read those romance novels.

Any way on to better things, I saw Oceans 13 with my sister. I was great. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. Brad was hot, George was HOT. Matt and Andy Garcia were good. Andy was kinda funny. I was way better than Oceans 12. Well in the respect that i could actually follow it and they actually did something.  It was almost as good as the first one, way funnier than the first one. Extremely implausible, but with all that man candy who needs plausibility. And it wasn't set in any life that i know, unlike the aforementioned book. If you haven't seen it I would highly recommend that you do.  I'd probably rent it on DVD, I spent more on my pretzels bites and dew than the movie. Not by much but I did.
