hey gina! this is lisa btw. i just found out you had an lj, so i am kind of slow, but anyways...
that all sounds frustrating, but things will all work out. remember that God is in control and He is always there to give you strength. that stuff with your brother sounds serious. i'll pray for him and your family.
ok, so i don't know you really well, as in talked with you a whole lot, but i have realized some things. watching you play tennis, seeing you interact with people, and sitting on the bench listening to coach and other people talk about you, i always get the same thing. you're a sweet girl with a great heart and you have a talent for tennis. you play and work hard and it does pay off. i have heard so many times how you have inspired the whole team with the way you play and the attitude you have. what you are doing is worthwhile. you're hard work will pay off, maybe not in the way you expect. possibly better, because God has a way of making things work out in greater ways than we can imagine.
sorry for the long comment, but i think it makes a point. i don't know you as well as other people and i still see you as an inspiration, not just in tennis, but in life. we all fail sometimes, but the important thing is to just get back up and try again, which i know you will. :)
