Slowly the Entries Dwindle Away....

It's been a long time since the last update; a lot has happened.  A "heat wave," so to speak, passed over the land and left a string of shortened days, lots of sweat, and thankfully the first days of air conditioning.  Finals have begun and have been good so far; the one I worry for still to occur is English, which I will study for tomorrow.  My song remains barely incomplete but still has hope for completion and success.  Meanwhile, my photography has been going very well; the seminar at ICP was wonderful.  Only three other people were there:  two women in their late 20s, early 30s, and a girl who couldn't have been any older than 6th, probably 5th, grade.  I learned so much.  In addition, I bought a roll of color reversal film (Fujifilm Provia 100) on Sunday, and today I went to Unique Photo in Florham Park with my mom.  The place is amazing; although they don't develop film there, they have the widest range of camera accessories of all the places I've been.  I bought sleeves for transparency film and a lens shade for my 58 mm diameter 20-80mm zoom lens.  I really want to go into New York to the pier by World Financial Center (recommended by my teacher) and practice taking practice pictures.
Lately I haven't been seeing or hanging out with people that much; I hope that when finals end that we'll at least go out to lunch or something.  I also hope to see them more over the summer.  It's been awhile since I last did something.  (Oh, and post scriptum, you can see just how much stuff Unique Photo has at www.uniquephoto.com)
I'm looking forward to finally accomplishing things this summer.  Let's hope that goal is more successfull than it was last year.
Lastly, I've started, or at least have an idea, for a really good poem, perhaps a sonnet.  I have to find time to work on it.  Not tonight, though.  Perhaps the weekend.
Friday is Quintessence lunch at Benihana's.  Note to Self:  Self, would you please bring in $15 for the meal tomorrow to Jacqui?  Thank you.  I hope you don't forget.

That is all, but all is a lot.

`Revelations`
