((OOC: Like Mary and Aion, Chrono is cursed with "Lost in Translation" and can only communicate through emoticons (and maybe the occasional picture or gesture when I'm desperate). Even in person--if you "speak" to him, he'll just be spitting emoticons out of his mouth that will proceed to float around his head. As you can see, he's not happy about it.
Before you think I'm really good at this sort of thing, I'm stealing most of them from wikipedia XD; Oh, and I might be a tad slow to comment, I'm trying to work on a few other things.))
