[Chrono makes it out to the fountain a little early--the last thing he wants to do is keep Remington waiting. He's glancing back and forth as he walks up to the fountain, his hands in his pockets, shoulders a little hunched. He's not really sure what to expect at all.]
[Chrono blinks, staring at the back of Remington's head. There was a dozen scenarios that had gone through his mind during the walk to the fountain, but the priest hugging him had not been one of them.]
I apologize about yesterday. Yes, I was mad because of those things but I also know that you've done much more good than bad, Chrono. I know I'm hard on you and sometimes seem to expect too much but I do that because I care for you. If Rosette is like a daughter to me, then you're much like a son.
