Well...I wouldn't say really different, but I do look older. Well, in my disguised form anyway. In my true form I look a little more...inhuman. That's the form that takes up most of my energy, so I usually only go into that form when I have to fight.

Yes, as a demon I can take a form that looks more human. I mean, when I'm in my true form I still have the same face and my hair is mostly the same, so I still look like me...it's just much more obvious that I'm not human.
