Does anyone shop at ASDA or have an account for their online shop? I need to know how much a pack of their economy instant mash weighs.

the online shop is only listing cheesy, onion and bubble and squeak (all 100g), of own-brand Minute Mash, no economy.

But I could have a london-specific asda online store?

There's also a 360g Mr Mash Instant Mash. But that's it.

Blah.

I want to make this with some Sainsburys economy mash that I have. If necessary I'll just add flour until it looks right, but it would be nice to have a guide.

Yeah. I don't care about the cheapness, but Sainsburys doesn't have any vegan gnocchi.

You recommended a book for fancy vegan recipes a while ago and I think maybe I can be arsed with fancy cooking now. Do you remember what it was?

What do they put in them, egg? Or pointless milk powder?

Yeah, there are two: The Artful Vegan and the Millenium Cookbook. I'm not vegan, but I love good vegan food, and the Artful Vegan has the tastiest lentil soup in the world.

There's two. One's got eggs and one's got milk. I think Waitrose's is vegan, but I don't want to go there just for gnocchi.
