Day 50: 2 sets of 70 sit-ups
Day 51: 2 sets of 25 push-ups
Day 52: 2 sets of 70 sit-ups
Day 53: 2 sets of 25 push-ups
Day 54: 2 sets of 70 sit-ups
Day 55: 2 sets of 25 push-ups
Day 56: 2 sets of 70 sit-ups
I seem to be in a constant state of ache due to this schedule, and each day hurts more than the last. I wonder if maybe I ought to take a break to let my body recuperate before continuing. That seems like being beaten, though.
