happy new year, happy birthday?
My 18th birthday is around the corner and its both bitter and sweet. a lot of responsibilities will be forced apon me and im going to try and get a normal job instead of working for my uncle every now and then doing construction for $10/hr -- which is a good deal, but he has a rule that i can only work on weekends.
on top of that i have to pay 30% of my income when i turn 18 as rent through a contract we have on our house. which sounds like crap, but its actually a really good deal considering.
