It's from a book called "Angels Numbers".
The 444 sequence means that you're surrounded by thousands of angels.
The angel supports you.
Again, X-file background music while Jun is explaining that one day he ride on his bike, he lost balance and he hit his elbow. He was wondering if an angel can save you in this kind of situation.

Since she was little, the mama made handmade cakes for her daughter's birthday, she has grow and she still wants it, she feels more valuable this than something expensive. The mama ask that Jun-kun to say "Happy birthday" to her daughter, Eriko-chan. This is the best present that Eriko-chan can have for her birthday! Her handmade mama's cake and Jun's greeting *_____*

自分の為に使った時間や思いに価値があると感じてくれるようです。
