Summary: Sensing the events that occurred between Kajimoto and Akutsu, a very angry Yukimura checks on Kajimoto.
Pushing aside his laptop, Yukimura stalked out of his office. He could already sense Kajimoto had returned. What the holy fuck was he thinking? He knew Kajimoto was obsessed with Akutsu, but this was going a bit far. A bit too far, actually.
Stalking up to Kajimoto's bedroom, he didn't bother knocking as he slammed the door open and stalked inside. "What the HELL did you do?!"
Kajimoto knew he was coming, and so he flowed off the bed the moment he heard Yukimura coming up the stairs. A certain set fury was obvious in his violet eyes, as well as a shift in his usual demeanor. "Nothing," he snapped out, biting the words off. "Unless you consider being pinned down and forced to bond 'doing something'. Why don't you think before accusing me of things, Seiichi?"
"How many times have I told you to stay away from him? This wouldn't have happened if you hadn't gone to see him to begin with." Yukimura retorted before sighing. Taking his place next to Kajimoto, he wrapped his arm around Kajimoto. "Tell me what happened."
"He came to me. I did not go to see him. He came up to see me." Kajimoto sighed, resting his head on Yukimura's shoulder. "He came up to see me and made a lot of noise...then he threatened to come after you. That was when I got pissed." Wan smile. "After that he laid claim to me. Rather forcibly."
"Wait. He threatened me? What threats? Why didn't you call me?!" Yukimura wanted to yell and scream, but he didn't. He pulled Kajimoto closer, his eyes shadowed with his anger. "I would have been there as quickly as I could and stopped him." He wasn't afraid of Akutsu, and would have more then gladly showed up to kick the crap out of the other Tzimisce.
"You wouldn't have been able to. He's Archbishop, too good to just take down." Kajimoto tucked his arms around Yukimura as he spoke. "I didn't have time. You're Tzimisce but you're thrall to a Ventrue. Other Tzimisce aren't too fond of that." He closed his eyes and sighed. "Though I would wager now they'll be less displeased..."
"Yeah well, they can bite me. I made the choice; it was my decision to do it. They need to get their fucking heads out of their asses." Yukimura was less than pleased with the other Tzimisce at the moment. "I think a change is due in the order of my kin. They need to learn manners and respect. You do realize, that this effectively bonds all three of us. Hell, all four of us." His face darkened. "He better stay away from An or I will kill him."
"He has no interest in An....and a marginal interest in you. It's me he wanted, it's me he bound. Don't worry about it." Kajimoto frowned softly. "You've been around me too long, Seiichi. The Sabbat has little place for manners or respect, and little use for appearance of humanity. Don't fret over whether or not you're bound to him, or An is. You answer to me first."
"Like hell. I don't appreciate him using me as an excuse to get to you." Oh yes, Yukimura was pissed. He was mildly pleased that at least An would be safe. For the time being at any rate. "Well then, they need to learn. If the Masquerade is broken, we all die. They're fools if they don't realize this."
Spoken like a true Camarilla. Tzimisce antitribu were ridiculously rare; no wonder Akutsu had wanted to thump on Yukimura a bit. "The Masquerade need not be broken; the Tzimisce are well-served by resembling humanity and walking amongst them. He knows this. But perhaps the motives behind those holding it are suspect...I don't know anymore."
Well duh. Of course he was a Camarilla. It was so much easier to take control over people if they thought you followed their ways of thinking. "Then it needs to be taken from them. But I don't trust him."
Then there would be problems, since Kajimoto wasn't at all sure he was still Camarilla. "It will be, Seiichi." He straightened up, looking down at his thrall with slightly dazed amethyst eyes. "We've concentrated too long on purely materialistic things. The Masquerade must exist, this is for certain -- but it must be of a purer nature, not the mockery it seems to have become." A faint light entered his eyes. "We can purify this city."
Purify it? That alone sent delicious chills down Yukimura's neck. The carnage, the slaughter...purr. Shaking his head, Yukimura arched an eyebrow upwards. "And how do we purify them all?"
"Very carefully." There was a half-smile hovering around the corners of Kajimoto's lips. "Discreetly, since if we go about anything involving widespread death we will be tracked down. No thank you. No, we'll just need to find those who have gotten lax, or are twisting the system for their own gain...and show them the error of their ways."
Lips twitching, Yukimura thought for a moment. "Death doesn't have to be an option. We can use them." Smirk. "Create our own army." Then they would never stand to come against them and they could take their time with changing things.
"A nice little idea." The Prince would reign once more, but a dark reign as the Archbishop directed the way of things. Kajimoto idly nuzzled the soft waves of dark hair that crowned the man in his arms. "It'll be fine. It'll be brilliant. Nothing to worry about."
Absently running his fingers through Kajimoto's hair, Yukimura gave a nod. "So long as certain vampires keep in line." Perhaps he would finally get to play with his idea for an army. Hmm...fun. Running his fingers through Kajimoto's hair, he looked him over carefully. "Did he hurt you at all beyond the bonding?"
Perhaps he could, at that. "No." Kajimoto shook his head easily. "No, nothing beyond that. Just wrapped my soul around his little finger." Dry chuckle. "Nothing much." He looked down, shaking his head. "The things I go through to save your sorry little soul," he commented with amusement.
Frowning darkly, Yukimura reached out to cup Kajimoto's fae. "Which you should not have done. If he has a fucking problem with me he can very well come to me. This is the cowards way out, going after another target." Oh yes, he was still pissed about the whole affair.
"What did I tell you, Seiichi?" Kajimoto frowned right back, tapping a finger to the tip of Yukimura's nose. "He wanted me. He laid claim to me months ago, and forced me to acknowledge it. He used you to get to me. That's all there is to it. Don't worry, okay?"
"Oh, I'm not worried." Not worried at all. Yukimura was going to have a nice long talk with Akutsu about using him in such a way, however. He did not appreciate being used as bait. Hell no. If he wanted Kajimoto so bad, there were a hell of a lot other ways to go about getting him. Besides, he had to make sure that Akutsu knew the consequences of hurting Kajimoto. This was his territory and he didn't appreciate anyone invading said territory.
Kajimoto had always been under the impression it was -his- territory. Har. Shows you what the hell he knows. "Be careful. Don't challenge him or anything; I don't want you getting hurt. He's strong; really bloody strong. Too much for me." He shook his head, ruefully. "And his little associate is just...insane. Totally insane. I'll never understand Fae."
Snort. "Fae are insects. One of these days I'll find a way to exterminate them." Yukimura definitely didn't have a high opinion of the Faerie folk. Kajimoto could keep the city as his territory. His territory was...well, Kajimoto. And An, of course. "I can take care of myself. I have no intention of challenging him; it would be useless. If he dies, you die. And if you die, then so do I and An. It's in all of our best interests for us to cooperate and stay unharmed." That didn't mean he wasn't going to ream Akutsu a new one for this entire fiasco. The asshole had to learn that he couldn't just do shit like this without consequences.
"This one is a gem and a half. Foreign Fae, not someone you'll ever find in Japan again. Quaint. But don't touch him. Jin will rip your head off and feed it to you." He just found the Fae ridiculous for the most part, unless they were the truly old ones. Then they were old and ridiculous. "True. Another Masquerade of sorts. Just be careful. I've no interest in seeing you turned into something with limbs in the wrong places."
"Please. Like I couldn't fix it if he tried." It would hurt like a bitch, and take awhile, but he could fix it. "I try to keep away from Fae as much as possible. Their too irritating to deal with. Which shows just how insane he is to keep one around." Honestly, no self respecting Tzimisce would keep such a creature around for any length of time! It was obscene!
"I hear they do fun things to your head if you feed from them." Fae blood = vampire crack. Consider that leprechaun to be Akutsu's personal stash in walking, talking, self-regenerating form. "I'm just concerned. I don't want anything happening..." He sighed and traced a finger down Yukimura's cheek. "I may have lost a good chunk of my humanity but I retain feelings. I don't feel like having them hurt."
A soft smile crossed Yukimura's lips and he nodded. He leaned forward and placed a kiss to Kajimoto's forehead. "Nothing will happen, this I swear. Everything will be all right, Takahisa."
"Good." Kajimoto thought for a moment, then gently aimed his thrall over to the bed. "Come lay down. I am flat out drained and I don't feel like being alone, not when I don't trust this new bond." He really wanted to go run and pounce Akutsu, but that was an impossibility at the moment. "Will you?"
Oh sure. Ask in that cute little voice that he couldn't resist. But it would be a good thing; at least he wouldn't be seeing Akutsu when he was in a blinding rage. Things could, and would, get out of hand very quickly that way. "Of course. You know you don't need to ask."
"But I always do because I'm polite like that." Kajimoto hesitated for a moment, then grinned and shoved Yukimura onto the bed. "There, now I have my hands free..." He rummaged around in one of the dressers and chucked pajama pants at his thrall. "I'm always prepared. Get out of those work clothes already."
"Well now. Kinky aren't we?" Yukimura teased, grabbing the offered pajama's. "Fine, fine." He got up, disrobing and slipping into said pajama's. Once dressed, he slipped back into bed, pulling Kajimoto close against him.
It took Kajimoto a little bit longer to get out of his clothes and into his pajamas. He got himself snuggled the moment he laid down, though, chuckling as he tucked Yukimura close to him. "What would I do without your boundless affection, my dear?" he murmured in no little amusement. "Other than have to go through this alone."
"Suffer unimaginably without my adorable presence of course." Yukimura teased, tickling Kajimoto after he laid down next to him. "But that won't ever happen because I'm not going to go anywhere."
There was probably a totally realistic answer to that, but it evaporated in a screech as Kajimoto writhed. "Goddamnit, Seiichi! Stop that!!" Yes, the Prince had a weakness -- he was ticklish. Horribly, ridiculously, ungodly ticklish. He batted at the invading hands, trying to get away. "Be good, damnit!"
"Make me." Smirk. Yes, this was his little revenge. He couldn't kill the other without himself dying, not that he wanted to anymore. But appearances had to be maintained after all. Besides, this was much more fun.
"Goddamn you!!!" Eventually Kajimoto took advantage of superior height and weight and just flipped right over, pinning Yukimura down. "Now be good,” he cautioned with amusement. "I can't sleep like this. You're too lumpy."
"You know, you are just no fun at all." Yukimura gave one of his cutest pouts while looking up at Kajimoto. "I'm too lumpy? That's an interesting way of saying it, I suppose. I'd let go unless you intend to follow through, Takahisa."
"Well, you are. Not enough give for a proper mattress." Kajimoto smirked, then rolled back onto the mattress and tugged Yukimura into his arms. "Not about to get An pissed off," he commented with a chuckle. "You never know, she might decide to come after me with a high-heeled shoe or something."
Snicker. "That might be fun to watch, actually. The great Kajimoto, defeated by a human girl's shoe." Shaking his head, Yukimura shifted, cuddling up against him. "I doubt she'd mind since it's you." But he wasn't about to try it. At least not till the subject was addressed with her.
Hey, that girl was just flat-out vicious at times. "She'd make a great childe," Kajimoto commented absently, smoothing down Yukimura's hair. "I like her way too much to pull a stunt like that." He didn't know what Akutsu would do either. Things to find out. He kissed the middle of the other vampire's forehead.
"Yeah...she would." Yukimura knew that all too well. He'd been thinking of it since he first saw her. She would make a great vampire; but would she want to and be willing for it? He wouldn't take her by force, especially after this fiasco with Akutsu.
"If she's willing and you want to, then by all means Embrace her." He would be more than all right with that. He had been debating offering his own services if Yukimura thought she'd be better as a Ventrue, but if she was Ventrue she'd be instantly antitribu. Might make for a pain in the arse. He snuggled, rather shamelessly.
Snuggles were good though. Snuggle. "We'll see. I want this whole thing with him settled before making a decision." Because if he did, she would be part of the bond. Joy. A four way blood bond. How the hell did they manage that?
Very carefully with some good seasoning. "It will be soon..." Kajimoto's voice grew distant as he thought of his regent. The craving for more was almost uncontrollable; he did his best to not think about it. He leaned down and pressed a kiss to Yukimura's cheek. "We'll worry about it later."
"Later is good. Sleep now is even better." Yukimura smiled, then placed his own kiss to Kajimoto's cheek. "Sleep, Takahisa. Rest and don't think about anything for awhile." And later he would go and find Akutsu and have a talk with the other Tzimisce.
"Heh." Like that was possible. The white-haired monster's siren song had taken root in every inch of his being; he couldn't shut it off. "I'm going to knock myself out now and you had damn well better be there when I wake up," he muttered, tightening his grasp a touch. "So there."
Damn. "Hai. I'll be here. Go to sleep now, Takahisa." It could wait a bit, he supposed. Besides, it wouldn't be a good idea to go when he was still this angry about it.
Exactly. Kajimoto drifted off a bit later, blocking everything out for a while until he could get some rest and sort himself out.
