~The Questions~
In your own words, describe what a rival is to you. Hmmm... A rival, for me, is a person you've always wanted to beat. And even though you've already beaten him/her, you'll always want to defeat him/her. A rival serves as an inspiration to work harder, is a person who drives out the best in you, and one who challenges you to cross the line and go beyond your best. (Does that even make sense?)

Personality-wise, what do and don't you like in a person? Personality-wise? Well, I like honest and loyal people, those who are independent in their own way, but still ask for some help once in a while. And what I don't like in a person... Saa, I don't like people who don't care about what's happening to them, as if the only things that matter in their world are their nails and boys. I hate those who have a misplaced pride, those who brag but can't back up what they're saying.

What kind of person can you see as a good rival? One who is also determined to defeat me, a type who'll be most likely the one I'll meet in a championship match. Because how will you ever get the determination to be strong if your rival isn't? My ideal rival is a person who is at my level, someone equal so that every match is unpredictable. I want someone full of energy as well, I don't want to see my rival frowning while in a match.

What things are you physically and mentally good at? Physically and mentally, I can say that I'm versatile, that I can be good in anything I do if only I'll try. Most of the time this trait of mine goes ignored, probably because of my laziness, but once I get into doing my work and start liking it, I'll try my best to be good at it. I'm not really good at anything physical, because most of the things I do involve something mental. I'm good at solving puzzles, riddles, and basically anything I come across on.

What things are you physically and mentally not good at? I have low stamina, and I get tired easily, even more so if I don't like what I'm doing. Mentally, sometimes I can be slow in analyzing stuff, but not all of the time, and I can't think "outside the box". Too much logic on my mind.

Using tennis as a example:
1. How would you react if you had to work with someone you considered a rival in a doubles game between (say) the Golden Pair? My initial reaction would be, "Eh? Why us?" And then I'll probably look at my rival for his/her reaction. After that, maybe I'll try to get along with him/her. I'd love to discuss strategies with my rival. ♥
2. How would you react/feel if you lost to your rival in a singles game? I won't be angry, nor will I be disappointed. It's only natural that your rival wins once in a while. I'll serve this loss as a sign that I still have a lot to learn. Okay, maybe I'll be a little disappointed, but I'll be happy for my rival. I won't hate him/her though. As I said, a rival serves as inspiration, so I'll take this loss as such and I'll work even harder.
