[MOD] New community owners

This is probably my last owner/moderator post here. Because things started to get a little hectic for me (offline stuff), I decided to drop the ownership of this community. Since hoshi_li and destiny_lynn both work here as moderators, I decided to hand over the ownership of this community to them
