All right so I have 2 showers in my house. One upstairs in the bathtub which is the main one we all use and one downstairs which is really cool cause it is a walkin stand up shower but oddly it is the least used one, probably because it is in a really small bathroom and it is harder to get around in it.
Anyway so my daughter decides she wants to take a shower for the first time the other day instead of a bath and I tell her to use the downstairs shower. She is having a gay ole time singing and soaping when we hear this Bang! Immediately I go running to the restroom and she is out of the shower crying, saying she fell while dancing. I tell her that she cannot dance in the shower because it is dangerous and next time she could really get hurt (she was okay this time just shook up). I put my hand in and turn off the water, shut the shower door and start getting her ready for bed. No harm done.
Well today I decide it would be nice to have a shower downstairs, so I get my towel and head downstairs. I put my arm in and turn on the water and get undressed. Well here is where the story takes a turn for the worst. As I step butt naked into the shower I start slipping and sliding as fast as an ice skater. To make matters worse the shower has nothing to grab on to because it is tile walls on 3 sides and wall to ceiling shower doors on the other. So as you may have guessed I fell flat on my *@! Actually my hip hit the wall first then I fell, and even as I am on the ground I am still sliding. It turns out that the dancing was not what caused my lil one to fall the other day but instead an excessive amount of shampoo. It seems that while washing her hair she managed to get half the bottle on the floor which I in turn discovered today in a very abrupt manner. So although I did not die it was a close call and I have the bruise on my side to prove it.
