Both Moons are three dollars. And just for the fun of it, buy both and get it for a flat 5.00.
Shipping is 2.00, unless you want to add bottles, in which case it goes up by a quarter. Feel free to add on anything you'd like--imps, bottles, etc.--no problem with that.
I have no problem with International shipping, though I will adjust the shipping fee based on the country. The going rates--if I recall correctly--are something like:
Canada - 2.50
UK - 3.00
Aus - 3.50
Other places - ~3.00. We can negotiate in comments, simply because sometimes I don't know what the going rate is. :)
